50 g corn starch
2 teaspoons homemade vanilla sugar
30g sugar
100 g hazelnut and cocoa cream (Nutella type)

Step 1: Prepare the milk cream
Place 400 g of milk, sugar, 25 g of cornstarch and homemade vanilla sugar in the Thermomix container.
Mix the ingredients for 5 seconds at speed 5.

Pour the heavy cream into 4 glasses and let them cool for at least 1 hour.
