2 lemons
1 can of soda
1 egg
Gin to taste
syrup

Preparation of Gin Fizz with thermomix

Add the gin to our thermomix, add the lemon juice, the egg white and the syrup and program
25 seconds / speed 5
We add some ice to the thermomix and
10 seconds / speed 5
We put ice in a long glass up to half of the glass and fill it up to half of the glass, we fill the rest with soda
or sparkling mineral water
we can decorate with a slice of lemon
