Recipe of our friend Luz Maria Lagoa. You have to try this milk fried coconut flavor.

Fritish milk ingredients coconut

  • 1 liter milk (800 ml of cow and 200 ml of coconut)
  • You can use the liter of cow’s milk
  • 100 gr grated coconut
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 gr brown sugar (you can use the blanquilla)
  • 150 GR Fine corn flour (cornstarch)

OTHERS

  • Wheat flour or cornstarch (to rebola)
  • Slope Eggs (to reboce)
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)
  • Sugar (to rebola) I have used half and half (Blanquilla and Moreno)

Coconut flavored milk preparation

  1. All ingredients to the vessel, 10 sec, V-8.
  2. We remove the cubilete and place the basket in place. We program, 10 min, t-varoma, V-4.
  3. When it ends, we place the cubilete and give 10 sec, V-6.
  4. We slightly grease a fountain and turn the dough.

TERMINATION
