- 1000 gr of water
- A monkfish bone
- A white fish head
- 100 g of rice shrimp (shells and bodies separated)
Ingredients for the Sofrito:
- 100g sliced carrot
- 100g sliced leek
- 1 very ripe tomato
- 70 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons chorizo pepper pulp
- 50 gr of cognac or white wine
Main Ingredients:
- 500 gr between mussels and mussels
- 200 g of boneless monkfish or hake
- 4 handfuls angel hair noodles
