Ingredients of dulce de leche cake with thermomix
For the cake
150 grams of pastry flour.
4 eggs.
150 grams of sugar.
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
A pinch of salt.
Butter and flour to grease the pan
For the filling and topping
250 grams of sweet milk
100 grams of spreadable cheese.
100 grams of sliced almonds.
Preparation of dulce de leche cake with thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
First, the mixture is prepared to make the cake.
Place the butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix bowl and add the eggs, the 150 grams of sugar and the vanilla, program.

At the end of this first shake, repeat the procedure without adding temperature.

Then add the flour and a pinch of salt and mix, program.

Remove the butterfly and do a final mixing with the spatula but very carefully.
Pour all the cake mixture into a mold of approximately 20 cm in diameter, previously greased and floured.
The larger the diameter, the smaller the height of the cake.
Bake at 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes, the time will depend on the intensity of your oven.
When ready let cool and then unmold.
While the cake is baking, wash and dry the Thermomix bowl well.
Then add the cheese spread and the dulce de leche, program.

Divide the mixture into two parts, they do not necessarily have to be the same.
One part will be used to fill, cut the cake in half lengthwise, with the help of a bread knife and very carefully separate.
Then we fill and place one of the parts of the cake on top again.
The other part of the dulce de leche mixture is to cover the cake on top and on the sides, it does not matter if the cover is not neat as it can cover any defect with the sliced almonds.
