105 grams of chopped milk chocolate
51 grams of honey
155 grams of hazelnuts
52 grams of multigrain flakes
152 grams of walnut nougat cream
127 grams of tender oat flakes
77 grams of oat flakes
Preparation of crunchy chocolate with Thermomix
When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow these steps that I indicate:
Add the hazelnuts to the food processor and chop them
speed 5 / 3 seconds.
Booking.
Now pour the nougat cream and honey into the glass. Program to
speed 1 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then, add the hazelnuts and the different oat flakes and multigrains. Program to
speed 1.5 / reverse rotation / 4 minutes.
Put baking paper on a tray and pour the contents of the glass into it. Put it in the oven and keep it there at
140º (heat up and down) / 50 minutes.
After that time, all you have to do is mix it with the chocolate.
