- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 200 ml boiling water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 piece of chives (about 1/2 chives)
- 1 piece of pepper (pepperoni)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 mint leaves (about two sprigs)
- 2 lemons (their juice)
Preparation of couscous salad with thermomix
- 1. Prepare the Couscous
- Place the couscous in a large bowl.
- Add the salt, pepper, cardamom and cumin to the bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
- In the Thermomix glass, pour 200 ml of water and program 5 minutes / 100°C / speed 1 to bring the water to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the couscous in the bowl and cover with a lid or a plate. Let sit for 5 minutes so the couscous absorbs the water.
