It is a very simple and quick action that will allow you to get these foods to harden in order to use them in endless dishes such as Salmorejo or the salad.

What do you need?

To be able to carry out this trick you only need to have eggs and water in the kitchen, in addition to the aforementioned robot.

The process of cooking eggs with the Thermomix

Once you are in the kitchen ready to do this trick, all you have to do is follow the steps that we present below:

First of all, put in the glass of the Thermomix around half a liter of water and in the basket the eggs that you want to prepare hard-boiled. Of course, it is recommended that there be no more than seven.

Then proceed to program the Varoma option, speed 1. During how much time? Approximately for about 12 – 15 minutes.

After that time, you will only have to remove them from the robot and throw the water away. You will see how they are perfect to be used in the recipe you need.

Oh, we forgot. …One more little trick.

In the event that you know that they are eggs that you will later have a hard time peeling because the inner “little skin” is not easily removed, do not forget to add a little bit of vinegar.
