FORMED AND BAKING
After the rest of our dough, we sprinkle flour on the table and turn the dough over, and, with our fingers, we stretch it (and thus we degas it), so that the fingers remain marked in the dough (see photos),
now we spread the candied orange, the drained raisins and the 60 grams of walnuts, we are rolling the dough so that all the fruits remain inside; and we knead to integrate them.
We make a ball and leave it on a tray lined with baking paper, cover.
We let it increase in size (approximately 2 hours).
Then, we will make 3 cuts on the surface, with the help of a blade or knife.
Brush with the beaten egg and place the 70 grams of split walnuts per surface. Preheated oven to 160°, heat up and down.
We bake about 40/45 min.
Turn off, remove and pour the syrup (previously removed the orange skins), sprinkle icing sugar on the surface
