Ingredients of Causa Limeña with thermomix
Mayonnaise
for the onion and yellow chili sauce
180 – 200g red onion
30 – 40 g yellow chili paste
40g lemon juice
7 – 8 sprigs of fresh coriander (leaves and part of the stem)
½ teaspoon of salt
for the mashed potatoes
1000g of water
1 ½ teaspoons salt
600 g floury potatoes, cracked
10 g yellow chili paste
For the assembly
200 g of tuna in oil
2 avocados
Preparation of Causa Limeña with thermomix
For the onion and yellow chili sauce
We put in our Thermomix bowl the onion, the yellow pepper, the lemon juice, the salt and the coriander we program it

We reserve in a bowl and wash our glass of Thermomix
for the mashed potatoes, put a teaspoon of salt in the glass with the water, put the basket with the potatoes in the center and program
30 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
we take out the basket very carefully not to burn ourselves and empty our Thermomix bowl
Well, we place the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix, we put the cooked potatoes, the chili paste, half a teaspoon of salt and we grind everything

reserve in a bowl
then we put the tuna, 80 G of mayonnaise in our Thermomix bowl and mix

Mounting
We put a mold lined with cling film of about a liter capacity or several small and circular ones and put a layer with half of the well-spread puree, put the mixture from our Thermomix bowl on the puree, cover it with slices of avocado cut, and put the remaining puree on top of the and cover everything with plastic wrap again
the refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes
after this time we decorate a fountain with mayonnaise on top and in the avocado slices and we put onion and chili and ready to eat
