Ingredients
500 grams of apple
400 grams of pear (or 300 grams of pear and 100 grams of peach)
300 grams of banana
The juice of 2 oranges, without pips or seeds
Preparation
We begin the preparation of this delicious apple and pear fruit porridge with thermomix, removing the peels from the pears, apples and if you decide to include peaches then we also remove the skin.
After removing the skin or peel, cut them into quarters and add them to the Thermomix bowl, program.
15 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
At the end of the cooking programming time, it is time to add the bananas (cut into pieces) and the orange juice, freshly squeezed and without seeds, program.
5 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
Once the fruits are cooked, being very careful not to burn yourself, remove the lid from the Thermomix bowl, let it rest for a few minutes so that the temperature decreases a little before grinding.
When letting it rest for a few minutes, proceed to blend, cover and program the thermomix to blend.
1 minute / Progressive speed 1-9.
Pour the mixture into airtight francs and refrigerate.
