Being able to enjoy a homemade liquor is on many occasions an authentic delight, I don’t know why but homemade always tastes better and with thermomix making our own liquors is tremendously simple

Ingredients

6 apples
400 grams of 95 ° alcohol (if we do not find alcohol for human consumption, we can put brandy)
350 grams of sugar
600 grams of water

Preparation

The process of this liquor takes several days since before doing it we will marinate the apples with the alcohol
We put the apple peels, and the chopped apples in an airtight jar with the alcohol
and let it marinate for 10 days in a dark place, shake the bottle from time to time

We put the sugar and water in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 minutes / 100 ° C / speed 2
Let cool in the jug.
Filter the flavored alcohol that we had macerating with a strainer and add it to our Thermomix bowl and program
2 minutes / speed 1
We put the liquor in glass bottles and let it rest for a couple of weeks before serving
