Ingredients of Cauliflower and potato cream with thermomix

  • 120 gr onion in pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 645 gr florets of clean cauliflower
  • 300 g potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 80 g carrot (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • white pepper
  • Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 450ml water (400 if you want it thicker)

Preparation of cauliflower and potato cream with thermomix

  1. Onion, garlic and carrot to the glass, 3 sec, V-6, lower remains of walls towards blades.
  2. Add the oil and fry (remove the beaker and insert the basket), 3 min, 120°, V-1.
  3. We add the cauliflower, potatoes, spices, salt and water, (we continue with the basket instead of the beaker), 33 min, 100°, V-1.
  4. Then, (we remove the basket and place the beaker), we grind for 50 seconds, V- 5/8 progressive.
  5. ONLY LEFT TO ENJOY, GOOD PROFIT
