Ingredients of Apple Fritters with thermomix

2 green apples (granny smith variety)
1 red apple (Marlene variety)
10 ml lemon juice
200 gr wheat flour
10 gr chemical yeast (Royal type)
2 eggs (M)
165 ml milk
45/50 gr sugar
Sunflower oil (CN) for frying
Powdered sugar (CN) to sprinkle

Preparation of Apple Fritters with thermomix

We peel and quarter the apples.
We pour into the glass, 2 sec, V-5.
We put it aside in a bowl and add the juice.
We add the eggs, sugar, milk, flour and yeast to the glass, 11 sec, V-4.
Pour into a bowl and add the reserved apples.
We cover and leave it in the refrigerator for about 40/60 minutes.
We heat plenty of oil in a saucepan or similar, lower the temperature to 4.5 or 5.
We take the dough out of the refrigerator, stir and pour tablespoons into the oil (we will fry it in batches of 6 or 8 (depending on the capacity of the container)
Do not accumulate too many, as we will run the risk of them sticking to each other.
Drain with a slotted spoon and leave on kitchen paper.
When they have cooled, we will sprinkle with the azuquita glass
