11 grams fresh pressed yeast, crumbled
2 teaspoons matcha tea
102 grams of milk
500 grams of water
11 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
11 grams of sugar
232 grams of wheat flour
1 egg
Preparation of steamed matcha tea bread with Thermomix
Put on your apron and carry out the instructions I give you:
Pour the butter, egg, milk, sugar and yeast into the robot glass. Program to
speed 3 / 37º / 1 minute.
Then reprogram to
speed 5/10 seconds.

Add about 122 grams of flour, 80 grams of the reserved mixture and a little salt to the robot. Mix to
speed 4 / 30 seconds.
Make a ball with the contents of the glass and reserve it in another bowl.
Next, to prepare the green mass, pour the rest of the reserved first mixture into the robot glass and the tea. Start the robot
speed 3 / 15 seconds.
Then, add another pinch of salt and the rest of the flour. Mix to
speed 4 / 30 seconds.
Make a ball with the dough and reserve it in another container. Cover the two balls you have with a kitchen towel and let them rest for about 40 minutes.
Roll out the white dough with a rolling pin to give it a rectangle shape and then do the same with the green dough.
Paint the white dough with milk and, when it is done, place the green dough on top. Roll them together, paint them with milk and place them in a mold, previously greased with butter.
Pour the water into the robot glass and place the mold in the Varoma. Program to
speed 2 / 70º / 30 minutes.
Then reprogram to
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
To finish, remove the Varoma mold and put it in the preheated oven. Keep it there
