Instructions:
Crumb the Cake
Place cake scraps into the Thermomix bowl.
Blend 10 sec / Speed 5 until fine crumbs form.
Add Cream Cheese
Add cream cheese to the bowl.
Mix 15 sec / Speed 4 until a smooth, moldable dough forms.
Shape the Balls
Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill 30 min in the fridge to firm up.
Melt the Chocolate
Add chopped white chocolate to the clean, dry bowl.
Melt 5 min / 50°C / Speed 1.
Add pink food coloring and mix 10 sec / Speed 3 until even.
Prepare the Sticks
