*Time: depending on what we want it will be one or the other, here below we put the different times:
11 minutes: Soft-boiled eggs (creamy eggs, liquid yolk, and viscous white)
12 minutes: (liquid yolk, clear firm)
13 minutes: Soft boiled eggs (with the yolk undercooked)
14 minutes : Hard boiled eggs
15 minutes : Very firm hard-boiled eggs
