A creamy, intense and festive mixture that combines peanut nougat, aged rum and a brutal texture. Perfect to surprise at any Christmas gathering or to treat yourself to a top treat.

NOUGAT AND PEANUT LIQUOR IN THERMOMIX
🥛 300 ml of milk
🍶 300 ml whipping cream
🍯 200 g brown sugar
🍬 200 g soft peanut nougat
🥃 350 ml of aged rum
🩷① Put the nougat in pieces and the sugar in the glass. Spray 10 sec, speed 10. Lower the debris onto the blades.
🩷② Add the milk and cream. Place the basket instead of the cup and cook 18 min, 100°, speed 3.
🩷③ Remove the basket, place the beaker and add the rum. Mix 10 sec, speed 4.
🩷④ Pour into a bottle, let cool and put it in the refrigerator.
