Lotus Cream Liqueur with thermomix
INGREDIENTS
🍯 250 g Lotus cream
🥛 300 ml of cream
🥛 400 ml of milk
🍂 100 g brown sugar
🥃 225 ml of aged rum or whiskey
1 Put all the ingredients, except the alcohol, into the Thermomix glass and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
2 Program 5 minutes at 90° and speed 2 to heat and mix the cream well.
3 Add the alcohol and mix for 15 seconds at speed 5 until completely integrated.
4 Pour the mixture into a bottle, let cool and then refrigerate before serving.
All that remains is to enjoy, bon appetit. 🥃✨
