Limon and mascarpone cake ingredients with Thermomix
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 120 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 1 over chemical yeast
- The zest of 2 unrelated lemons
- 2 lemons juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- Glas sugar to decorate (optional)
Lemon and mascarpone cake preparation with Thermomix
- 1️⃣ Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and line a mold with baking paper or greased with butter and flour.
