Light Serraura Ingredients with Thermomix
CAKE
- 2 eggs (L)
- 90 gr of flour
- 30 gr of cocoa powder without sugar
- 100 gr of sugar
- 80 ml of milk
- 40 ml of sunflower oil
- Half on chemical yeast
- 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee (optional)
- Salt Pizquina
STUFFED
- 500 ml of cream to mount
- 350 gr condensed milk
- 6 sheet gelatin sheets
Cake syrup (optional)
- Half cup of coffee
- 2 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
Preparation of light serraura with Thermomix
CAKE
- We turn on the oven to 170 °, heat up and down
- In the thermomix glass, we put the dry and proceed to siege (flour, yeast, cocoa, soluble coffee and salt), 10 sec, V-8, we set aside and reserve
- We place the eggs with the sugar, 3 min, V-4, then add the milk, 10 sec, V-4, then the oil, 10 sec, V-4, now the reserved dry ones, 6 sec, V-4. We fill the mold (mine of 17 cm), and bake about 30 min, or until the chopstick, it comes out clean.
- Remove and let cool on a rack.
SYRUP.
- If you opt for it, I personally like it because it gives a touch to our cake, we make coffee and add the sugar and cocoa, stir and reserve
STUFFED
- We put the jelly in cold water (10 min)
- We are going to remove 100 ml of cream and then add it to the gelatin.
- We put the butterfly in blades, we place 400 ml of cream and speed 3’5, we are going to semi -peak (we are pending and observe removing the vowel, now without stopping to beat we incorporate the milk condensed by the vowel, we stop the machine, and, with the 100 ml of cream that we have separated, we heated it a few seconds in microwaves, we drag the gelatin well and we incorporate it well. completely undo.
- We start the Thermomix again at 3’5 speed, and by the vowel we incorporate the jelly diluted in the cream, this will take us just a few seconds
Mounting elaboration
- Our sponge cake will have cooled already, we remove the chepita and reserve it
- In the mold, we put the sponge cake, we syrup, and turn our cream, we smoothed with the help of a spatula and we take about 6 hours to curd (I leave it all night)
- After the time, we unmold and with the cake that has been left over, we crumble and throw it over the cake
- This is my serraura version ,,, with the chocolate cagochito, it gives another flavor, at home they like more
