Limoncello ingredients with the thermomix
350 grams of white pomace or brandy
skin of 6 very clean lemons (without any of the white part of the lemon)
700 grams of water
750 grams of sugar
700 grams of lemon juice

7 days before
in a glass jar or bottle we will put the brandy or orujo and the lemon skin, it is very important that the lemon skin does not have any of the white part that is between the peel and the lemon because that would make the mixture bitter
We close the bottle and let it macerate for 7 days in a dark and dry place.

We put the lemon juice, water and sugar in our Thermomix bowl to make our syrup and program

Let the syrup cool to room temperature
