Today we have another liqueur made with kinder chocolate that was the delight of the sweet tooth of the house, it is another of those liqueurs in which we use in this case the famous chocolate bars that children and not so children drink to make a fantastic liqueur

ideal both to take a shot and to give as a gift at Christmas or in special celebrations to a friend, homemade liqueurs have always been a much appreciated gift

Ingredients of Chocolate Liqueur Kinder with thermomix

100 grams of Kinder chocolate bars
50 grams of granulated sugar
1 egg
300 grams of milk
200 grams of liquid cream for desserts
200 grams of vodka

Preparation of Kinder Chocolate Liqueur with thermomix

We put the chocolate in pieces, the sugar, the egg and 200 grams of milk in our thermomix glass and program
15 seconds / speed 10.
when finished we program again
5 minutes / 90ºC / Speed 3
Add the vodka, the remaining milk and the cream:
3 minutes / 70 °C / speed 5.
put in glass bottles and store in the fridge
