This recipe has been made by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. First Pastry Saint Friday of the month of August. Faithful to him, I bring you a new recipe, with the help of the house waiter.

Ingredients of Cheesecake with white chocolate with thermomix

    BASE

    • 160 gr cookies
    • 80 g melted butter

    STUFFED

    • 400 gr cream cheese
    • 200 gr goat curl
    • 120 gr brown cane sugar
    • 200 gr white chocolate
    • 300 ml cream
    • vanilla essence
    • 5 eggs (M)
    • 30 g cornstarch

    Preparation of cheesecake with white chocolate with thermomix

      BASE

      1. Cookies in the glass,
      2. 6 seconds / speed 8.
      3. Set aside in a bowl and add the melted butter.
      4. Line the base and sides of the mold with baking paper, pour out the dough and distribute it over the surface. We put it in the refrigerator

      STUFFED

      1. Break the chocolate and pour the hot cream, stir until the chocolate disintegrates. We reserve
      2. Cheese, sugar, essence, eggs, cream with chocolate and cornstarch in the glass,

      4. We take the base out of the refrigerator and pour it over the top.
      5. Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down.
      6. We bake for about 40 minutes, turn it off, remove the rack a little outside, make it stop against the door and leave it for 30 minutes.
      7. If you want it less compact, skip that step. At home we like it better this way, denser but without losing its creaminess.
      8. We let it cool to room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
      9. After that time, we unmold and finish decorating to taste.
