Broccoli tart ingredients with thermomix
400 grams of broccoli in slices
500 grams of water
100 grams of bacon in cubes or strips
40 grams of pitted green olives
200 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
Puff pastry (1 round sheet)
Preparation of broccoli tart with thermomix
Place the measure of water in the Thermomix bowl and then position the basket, in it add the 400 grams of broccoli cut into slices to cook them, program.
15 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
While the broccoli is cooking, place the puff pastry sheet in a 23-25 centimeter mold, set aside.
Once the broccoli has finished cooking, remove it from the basket and reserve.
And preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dry the glass of the thermomix well and add the oil next to the clove of garlic, program.
