Ingredients of Broccoli and potato cream with thermomix

150 gr onion in pieces
2 cloves of garlic
65 g green pepper, cut into pieces
50 ml olive oil
600 g broccoli (cleaned from its stem)
240 g potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
2 teaspoons of salt
2 pinches black pepper
300ml water
90 gr cream cheese (optional)

Preparation of Broccoli and potato cream with thermomix

Onion, garlic and pepper and oil in the glass, blend, 3 sec, V-5.
Now we remove the beaker and place the basket
Sauté, 6 min, 120°; V-1.
We add the broccoli, potatoes, pepper, water and salt (we continue with the basket instead of the beaker) and cook, 30 min, 100°, V-1.
Now we add the cheese, place the beaker and blend, at progressive speed (5 to 10), for 1 min.
