Preparation of Lasagna Berlin with Thermomix
Once you have purchased all these ingredients, follow the steps that I indicate:
Add the onion, parsley, peeled garlic and oil to the food processor glass. Program to
speed 5/4 seconds.
Then, sauté
spoon speed / left turn / 120º / 8 minutes.
Add the meat and program to
spoon speed / left turn / 100º / 8 minutes.
Add about 360 grams of fried tomato and run the robot at
spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Reserve the filling.
Meanwhile, prepare the lasagna plates following the instructions on the packaging.
Now, let’s go with the béchamel. To do this, add the butter and flour to the robot glass. Program to
speed 2 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Add the milk and program to
speed 4 / 90º / 8 minutes.
It’s time for assembly. To do this, put a little fried tomato in a baking dish and spread it all over its base. Place the first plates that will be the base, pour a third of the filling on top and about three or four slices of cheese on top. And continue the same process until all the plates, filling and slices are finished.
Next, pour the bechamel on top and add the grated cheese.
Put the dish in the oven and keep it there for a few minutes until it melts.
