Bean omelette ingredients with Thermomix

510 grams of broad beans
Salt and ground pepper to taste
200 grams of water
6 large eggs
72 grams of olive oil

Preparation of broad bean omelette with Thermomix

Put on your apron and follow these guidelines:
Pour the oil into the robot glass and program
spoon speed / reverse rotation / 5 minutes.
Then, add the water, beans and salt. Program to
spoon speed / reverse rotation / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
Strain the beans and set them aside.
In the clean and dry glass of the robot, add the eggs, pepper and salt. Start the robot
speed 4/4 seconds.
Then, add the beans and mix to
speed 2/3 seconds.
Now all you have to do is shape the tortilla in a frying pan with a little hot oil.
