They told me that they only knew how to cook with a thermomix with the guided recipes, but that they got lost or were not able to make a recipe that they saw on pages like ours or on social networks
Well, these lines are for them, cooking with the thermomix is tremendously easy also without the guided recipes, practically the same as with them…
I would tell you that our thermomix is like a traditional pot, to which we can tell how much WEATHER will cook each line of the recipe..
To what TEMPERATURE going to cook that line of the recipe
as SPEED will cook that temperature
so these 3 questions TIME – TEMPERATURE and SPEED They are the basis of the thermomix kitchen…
those 3 bases are the ones that are seen when turning on our thermomix
and in any unguided recipe they should give you that information in a way similar to this
25 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
10 minutes / Varoma temperature / speed 4 or
30 seconds / varoma temperature spike speed
the first circle from the left is the WEATHER (we will prick it and put the time indicated in the recipe)
the second circle from the middle is the TEMPERATURE (we will puncture it and put the temperature)
the third circle from the right is the SPEED (we will puncture it and we will put the speed)
Let’s go a little deeper…
with TIME we have nothing new to add, it is always seconds or minutes or even hours
What is VAROMA TEMPERATURE in thermomix?
VAROMA TEMPERATURE It is a pre-programmed function, not a temperature itself that will be used, when we cook with the steam basket of our thermomix, or when we need to evaporate some liquid or excess sauce.
that will be the only occasion in which the TEMPERATURE will not be a figure but VAROMA TEMPERATURE
We attach a graph of the TEMPERATURES
Our Thermomix CAN DO ALL THIS: it kneads, beats, assembles, heats, cooks in the glass, steams in the glass and varoma, emulsifies, grinds, stirs, weighs, chops, mixes and, finally, it has a spin function to the left that we will now see what it is about and that we will find it in multiple recipes.
the left turn function is used to stir and not break ingredients, as if it were a spoon, which we use carefully, so the thermomix will not break the food in question with its blades
The kneading function in both Thermomix is represented by the Spike symbol
