Ingredients
6 medium ripe bananas
22 Maria type cookies
100 grams of liquid caramel
1 envelope of flan preparation
1 liter of milk
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
Pour caramel in the mold that you are going to use for the cake, specifically at the base of it and also on the walls.
Place half of the banana slices on top of the caramel.
In the glass of the robot add the milk and the preparation. Program a
speed 2 ½ / 100º / 9 minutes.
Next, pour half of the contents of the glass over the banana in the mold and then put a layer of cookies.
On the aforementioned cookies, put the rest of the banana slices, the other half of the contents of the glass and another layer of cookies.
Wait for the cake to cool down a bit and then put it in the refrigerator, where it should stay for about five hours before serving.
