A crunchy and very tasty bite 😋 I will always have them in my retina. With these cookies we have opened the new oven, since the previous one has already come to an end 😓
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and with an irresistible aroma of apple and cinnamon. A simple and quick recipe, perfect to get the most out of your Thermomix.
apple cookies with Thermomix
INGREDIENTS
- 🍏150 g applesauce
- 🍬80 g brown sugar
- 🍯10 g honey
- 🧈80 g soft butter
- 🌿3 g ground cinnamon
- 🍨vanilla essence
- 🧪5 g chemical yeast
- 🧂Pinch of salt
- 🌾140 g wheat flour
- 🌱140 g whole wheat flour (or whole oats)
PREPARATION

Put the apple in pieces in the glass and blend for 4 seconds, V-5. Lower remains and repeat 4 sec, V-5. Perform a total of 3 series to obtain a fine puree.

Add butter, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Program 1 min, V-4.

Add the flours, yeast and salt. Mix 30 sec, V-4.

Pour the dough onto the counter, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 17 portions. Form balls and flatten them slightly. Place on a tray with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (up and down heat). Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
All that’s left to do is enjoy — bon appetit!
