KFC style chicken preparation with air fryer
- To start we are going to put the flour and milk in a bowl and we are going to mix it very little by little until we get a dough that is neither very liquid nor very thick.
- Then add the salt and spices and mix everything perfectly again.
- Then we are going to pass our chicken thighs through our dough, making them perfectly covered, with a good layer.
- We put them on a tray and take them to the fridge between 3 and 6 hours.

- Then we pass the thighs through breadcrumbs and put them in the basket of our air fryer.
- the times also depend a little on each model of air fryer but as a reference I do them with
- 20 minutes at 180ºC
- And after 10 minutes we turn it over so that they are done on both sides the same
- With the dough that we have left over from coating the chicken thighs, we put a little water and cook it and we will have a perfect sauce for our thighs.
