The first thing will be to make the cream. To do this, pour your ingredients into the robot glass and program
speed 6 / 30 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 3 / 90º / 9 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and, when it has cooled a little, pour it into a pastry bag. Booking.
It’s time to make the Berliner dough. To do this, add the yeast and milk to the robot glass. Program to
speed 1 / 37º / 1 minute.
Then, add the eggs, butter and sugar. Start the robot
speed 2 / 30 seconds.
Now add the salt and flour. Knead to
spike speed / 2 minutes.
Take the dough and pour it into a bowl, which you will cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for about 40 minutes.
After time, take the dough, stretch it with a rolling pin until it takes the shape of a rectangle no more than 2 centimeters thick. Next, cut it into equal portions, put them on a tray and let them rest for another 40 minutes.
After that time, fry the berliners in a pan with hot oil. Let them drain the oil and, finally, fill them with the pastry bag. Sprinkle sugar on top.
