The first thing we are going to do is put the spices that we are going to use in a bowl, once we have them we are going to mix them well, we bring the picantón to the bowl and massage it with them, so that it is well impregnated everywhere, inside too , now it only lacks the touch of lemon, we cut half a lemon into slices and introduce them inside the chicken, with the other half of the lemon we are going to add the zest for the picantón, now we have the picantón ready and we are going to reserve it.
2. The next thing will be to cut a potato into wedges, wash it well and leave the skin on, it will be an accompaniment for our chicken, once cut, dress it to taste.
3. Next, in the container that we are going to use for the air fryer, we are going to add the vegetables that will accompany the picantón, julienned onion, green and red pepper in strips and sliced ​​carrots, add salt and pepper and finally around the container we put the potato that we have just cut, and we take the picantón on this bed of vegetables and potatoes
4. With the chicken already in our container suitable for Airfryer (made of refractory glass), we are going to add the 30 ml of white wine and a drizzle of olive oil, with these two ingredients we bathe the picantón, we only have to add a little dried tomato which will also accompany the picatón, we add it around, a couple of slices of dried tomato will be enough.
