We bring you some delicious cookies that are made with an Oreo cookie base and topped with a layer of smooth and creamy cheesecake (with extra Oreo bits!)
and then we finish with Mini Oreos on top to decorate This recipe calls for cookies

Oreo cookie ingredients in white chocolate cheesecake with thermomix

100 grams butter
274 grams original package Oreo cookies
500 grams cream cheese softened
100 grams icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
240 grams of cream
3 teaspoons gelatin powder, dissolved (see notes)
200 grams melted white chocolate
230 grams mini Oreos

Preparation of oreo cookies in white chocolate cheesecake with thermomix

The first thing we prepare a baking mold of about 20cm x 30cm more or less with baking paper and reserve
We place the butter in our Thermomix bowl and melt the butter, we program:
3 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 2
Add the Oreo cookies and crush them
speed 6 / 10 seconds
We place the prepared dough in the mold that we had reserved and press the dough well with a large spoon or flat object so that it is very tight and store it in the refrigerator
We put the cream cheese, the icing sugar and the vanilla extract in the Thermomix bowl and mix everything:
10 seconds / speed 5
With a spatula we lower the sides and repeat:
10 seconds / speed 5
Add the cream, the dissolved gelatin and the melted chocolate and mix
10 seconds / speed 6
Add some of the Mini Oreos and mix backwards
10 seconds / speed 5
We spread the mixture over the prepared base that we had in the fridge.
Decorate with the Mini Oreos and put in the fridge for 6 hours and it will be ready to eat
