This recipe has been made by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. I leave you a dessert that we made this weekend, but that I didn’t join the group because I was having an outbreak of pain due to the illness, I wasn’t ready to write.
Today much better, I want to share it with you in case you want to do it one day.
It is a walnut and cinnamon cake, with a texture similar to that of a pudding. We liked it a lot. I encourage you to do it

Ingredients of Walnut and cinnamon cake with thermomix
1 liter milk
5 eggs (M)
200 gr sugar
50 gr walnuts
180 gr flour
lemon zest
1 small teaspoon of cinnamon
100 g melted butter
Preparation of Walnut and Cinnamon Cake with Thermomix
We start by melting the butter, set aside.
Now we grind the walnuts, 4 seconds / speed 6, set aside.
We place the other ingredients, also the melted butter and the walnut powder, in the glass,
1 minute / speed 4.
We line the base and sides of the mold with baking paper.
We dump the dough.
Oven previously preheated to 160°, heat up and down.
We bake in a bain-marie for about 45/50 min.
We turn off the oven and leave it inside for 40 minutes.
After that time, we remove the mold from the water and let it cool.
Once cold and without unmolding, refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Then, we can unmold and finish decorating as desired.
