Every so often we present you some cocktail or liquor, because our thermomix is wonderful to prepare all kinds of alcoholic beverages and spirits as my grandfather used to say.

Ingredients

10 cl vodka
30 cl strawberry vodka
2 ounces dark chocolate
1 frozen plantain, sliced
20 cl pineapple juice
240 grams of vanilla ice cream
12 cl milk

Instructions

To start we put our frozen banana slices in our thermomix glass, along with vanilla ice cream and milk and mix 10 seconds / speed 6
Add strawberry vodka, normal vodka, dark chocolate and pineapple juice and mix 12 seconds / progressive speed 7-8-9
Serve in glasses and present with bananas and sliced strawberries.
