Rebozed zucchini ingredients stuffed with ham and cheese in air fryer – Airfryer

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 4-5 York ham slices
  • 4-5 slices of cheese (gouda, mozzarella or your favorite)
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spray oil (optional)

Preparation of rebozed zucchini stuffed with York ham and cheese in air frying – Airfryer

  1. Cut sliced ​​zucchini of approximately 1 cm thick. Then match the slices of two by two as if they were a “sandwich.”
  2. Fill in each pair with a slice of folded york ham and one of cheese. Press slightly so that it does not disarm.
  3. Reboza the “sandwiches”: pass them first for flour, then by beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. If you want extra crispy, repeat egg + breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 180 ° C for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the zucchini in the Airfryer basket. Spray them with a little spray oil if you are looking for more crocancy.
  6. Kitchen for 10-12 minutes at 180 ° C, giving them the middle of the time so that they brown well on both sides.
