Tonight, the craving leans towards a comforting but light plate, perfect to heat both the heart and the body.
After an intense weekend of four days, nothing better than returning to one of my favorite classics: the Sweet potato, salmon and leeks.
Simple, healthy and full of flavor, this gratin is one of those recipes that never fail and conquer everyone from the first bite. Ready to prepare it together? Let’s go to it!

Ingredients of Potata de Potata, Salmon and leeks with Thermomix
- For 6 people, you will need:
- 500 g of leeks (only the white part) cut into pieces
- 500 g of sweet potato cut into large cubes
- 600 g of fresh salmon cut into large cubes
- 50 g of light cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt, pepper and grated gruyere cheese
Preparation of Potato, Salmon and Leeks with Thermomix
- Place the leek pieces in the glass of your Thermomix and Crushing 10 sec/Vel 5. Replace them in the Varoma Cubet.
- Add 600 g of water to the glass, place the cooking basket and add the sweet sweet potato cubes. Cover and place the varoma on top. Kitchen in multilevel mode 25 min/varoma/vel 1.
- At the end, place the leeks in a fountain for gratin (25×20 cm), add the cream and mustard, mix and extend at the base of the mold.
- Add fresh salmon cubes.
- Empty the Water from the Thermomix vessel and crush the Sweet Sweet Batta/Vel 4 with salt and pepper. Extend the puree over the gratin.
- Sprinkle with grated gruyere cheese and bake 20 min at 200 ° C.
- It serves with a green salad and enjoy without regrets. 😊
