120 g Oreo® cookies
25g sugar
50 g butter at room temperature
For the filling:
300 g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
250 g mascarpone cheese
160g sugar
15 g pastry flour
50 g of liquid whipping cream (with 35% fat)
3 large eggs (L)
10 crushed Oreo® cookies
To decorate:
250 g liquid whipping cream (35% fat), very cold
20 g of cream cheese (Philadelphia type), very cold

Preparation of the Cookie Base
Place all the base ingredients (120 g of Oreo® cookies, 25 g of sugar and 50 g of butter) in the Thermomix glass.
Program 20 seconds at progressive speed 5-7-9.
Pour the mixture into a removable mold with a diameter of 18-20 cm.
Use a spoon to press into a uniform, compact base.
Reserve in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Preparation of the Creamy Filling
Without washing the glass, add the 300 g of cream cheese, 250 g of mascarpone cheese, 160 g of sugar, 15 g of pastry flour and 50 g of liquid cream.
