3 egg whites
16 grams of cornstarch
252 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
16 grams of gelatin
A pinch of vanilla powder
Preparation of Marshmallows with Thermomix
As soon as you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
The first thing will be that you put the gelatin in cold water.
Pour the sugar into the glass and program to
speed 10 / 5 seconds.
Reserve about 50 grams.
