330 ml of cream
200 grams of Greek yogurt
65 grams powdered sugar
the juice of 2 lemons
the skin of 1/2 lemon scraped

It is important that all the ingredients that we are going to have are very cold (except the sugar), so an hour before the recipe is going to start we should have them in the fridge
I also put the glass of the Thermomix in the fridge when it comes to whipping the cream, perfectly alone, since having the container cold and the cream cold do 1000 wonders
The first thing we will do is with the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and make the powder for which we programmed

And we keep in a bowl and reserve
we put the fresh cream in our Thermomix bowl and place the butterfly on the blades and program

until we see by the sound that it has changed and that our cream has risen
once we have whipped the cream we add the Greek yogurt and mix it again

With a grater we scrape the skin of a lemon that we will have previously washed and put it with yogurt and cream (It is important to only scratch the yellow part since if we grate part of the white it would make the whole dessert bitter)
we put the juice of the two lemons also inside our Thermomix bowl together with the already mixed cream and we mix everything again

Finally we put the glass sugar that we had saved and we mix again

Place it in some cold glass glasses that, if possible, we will have had previously for an hour in the refrigerator or freezer so that they are completely cool.
