105 grams of flour
505 grams of peeled and tail-on prawns
fresh parsley to taste
olive oil spray
1 garlic
102 milliliters of beer
1 teaspoon yeast
Salt to taste
1 egg
Preparation of Gabardine Prawns with a fryer
Once you have all these ingredients in your kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
In a mortar, add the garlic and parsley. Mash it all good.
In a container, add the contents of the mortar, the egg, the flour, the yeast and the salt. Beat it all up and then gradually add the beer.
Cover the resulting mixture with plastic wrap and put the container in the fridge for about 25 minutes.
At minute 20 of the previous step, preheat the fryer to
180º / 5 minutes.
