BASE
- 4 milk buns (you can use any type of pastry that has already turned out a little sappy, also the typical cookie base with butter, or even a thin disc of Genoese), of your choice
CREAMY
- 600 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 270 gr dark chocolate
- 170 gr cream cheese
- 100 gr brown cane sugar
- 2 envelopes curd
Preparation of creamy chocolate cheesecake with thermomix
- We line the base of the mold (22 cm in diameter) with baking paper and brush the sides with mold release spray, or failing that, with a bit of oil.
- We cut the buns in half and place them well together on the surface.
- We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. We let the temperature drop a little.
- We add all the ingredients together with the melted chocolate to the glass, mix,

- We let it cool to room temperature and then we put it in the refrigerator for about 6/8 hours.
