When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the milk into the robot’s glass and program a
speed 2 / 100º / 5 minutes.
Then add the chopped chocolate and start the Thermomix at
speed 4 / 100º / 10 minutes.
Reserve the contents of the glass, clean it thoroughly and place the butterfly on the blades to later add the white. Program a
speed 3 ½ / 2 minutes.
Now all you have to do is add the reserved content to the cups and pour the egg white and cinnamon over it.
