325 g minced chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh parsley
1 egg
Salt to taste
60 g breadcrumbs
50 gr of milk
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper
225 g fresh spinach

To get started, follow these detailed steps to prepare the chicken and spinach burgers:
Preparation of the chicken mixture:
In a large bowl, place the minced chicken meat.
Add the egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix and knead all the ingredients until well combined.
Incorporation of spinach:
Add the shredded spinach to the mixture and knead again until well distributed.
Cooking in the Airfryer:
Remove the rack from the air fryer.
On a baking paper tray, spray a little oil and place the burgers on top.
Place the paper directly over the air fryer bowl.
Set the fryer to 180ºC and cook the burgers for 10 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
