200 grams of Camembert in 10-12 wedges
black pepper and salt
200 grams jam

50 grams common flour
1 beaten egg
60 grams breadcrumbs

The first thing we are going to do is put the flour on a plate and a beaten egg on another plate or bowl, finally another plate with breadcrumbs so that our breading is perfect
If we have bought the camembert cheese in one piece, we will proceed to shorten it in such a way that we get 10 or 12 portions. If we have bought the camembert cheeses that already come in portions, it will not be much easier and all we have to do is remove the wrapping
We pass each 1 of the triangles first by flour then by egg and finally by breadcrumbs and we are reserving them in a period
