Biscoff Tiramisu ingredients with Thermomix
- 250 ml whipping cream (very cold)
- 50g sugar
- 225 g mascarpone cheese
- 80-100 g Biscoff cream (adjust according to desired intensity)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 240 ml strong coffee (chilled)
- 32-50 Biscoff biscuits (30-32 for individual cups or 48-50 for a large platter)
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting
Preparation of Biscoff Tiramisu with Thermomix
- Prepare the Biscoff cream:
- Place the butterfly in the Thermomix glass. Add the very cold cream and sugar. Ride at speed 3.5 without a programmed time, watching until soft peaks form. Reserve in a separate bowl.
- Without washing the glass, add the mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cream and vanilla extract. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 3 until smooth.
- Pour the mascarpone mixture over the whipped cream and, with enveloping movements, carefully integrate everything. Booking.

- Prepare a pan measuring approximately 23 x 15 x 7 cm (9″ x 6″ x 3″).

- Repeat the process to form a second layer of soaked cookies and cream.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
