Ingredients for soft Coffee Panna Cotta with Thermomix
- 500 ml of whipping cream (35% fat)
- 150 ml espresso coffee
- 100g sugar
- 4 leaves of neutral gelatin
Preparation of Smooth Coffee Panna Cotta with Thermomix
- Hydrate the gelatin sheets
- Place the neutral gelatin sheets in a container with cold water and let them hydrate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the mixture
- Pour the cream, espresso coffee and sugar into the Thermomix glass.
- Program 8 minutes, 90°C, speed 2 to heat the mixture without boiling.
- Add the gelatin
- Drain the hydrated gelatin leaves well and add them to the glass with the hot mixture.
- Mix for 30 seconds, speed 3 until the gelatin is completely dissolved and no lumps remain.
- Distribute and refrigerate
- Pour the liquid into individual cups or molds.
- Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set well.
- Serve and enjoy
- Before serving, you can decorate with a little cocoa powder, coffee beans or whipped cream.
