250g mascarpone
200 ml whipped cream
250 g quark
35 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
1 vanilla bean (pulp)
3 large apples
100 ml of water
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
10 cookies
8 tablespoons almond sticks

Preparation of baked apple and mascarpone dessert in a glass with Thermomix

Step 1: Prepare the apples
Peel and cut the apples into small cubes.
Place the apples in the Thermomix glass along with 100 ml of water, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Program: 5 minutes | 100°C | reverse twist | spoon speed.
Once they are tender and the liquid has evaporated, transfer the apples to a bowl and let cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the mascarpone cream
In the clean, dry glass, add the mascarpone, cottage cheese, vanilla pulp, whipped cream, powdered sugar and honey.
Mix: 20 seconds | speed 3. Check the texture and make sure it is homogeneous. If necessary, mix for a few more seconds.
Step 3: Assemble the dessert
Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cream in the bottom of a glass.
Crumble the cookies and add 2 tablespoons of crumbs on top of the cream.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooked apples and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of almond sticks.
